I obviously didn't intend at all—if I didn't think you had a good question that deserved an answer, I wouldn't have written one—but without that context, you might not have had any way of guessing that. Temporal adverbs aside, "everyone knows", "nobody cares", "no one likes", "everyone loves or says" are pouring out of the President-Elect's tiny, underdeveloped vocabulary to great and appalling effect. Always and never are very much related to everyone and no one.
Absolutes comes to mind.
